The Heartsaver® for K-12 Schools certification at Baby Be Safe gives students the knowledge and hands on practice they need to respond in an emergency. This course teaches simple, effective CPR and AED skills that young people can confidently use to help save a life.
American Heart Association Certified
All instructors are certified by the American Heart Association, and the course follows the most current 2025 guidelines. You receive an AHA Heartsaver® for K-12 Schools eCard after successful completion.
Skills You Will Learn
The training is designed to be age appropriate, engaging, and easy to follow.
Students learn:
• How to recognize an emergency
• Hands only CPR
• How to use an AED
• How to respond to choking
• How to stay calm and seek help quickly
Skills are taught through demonstrations and hands on practice with support
from trained instructors.

We provide AHA certified blended training for individuals and groups across the tri-state area. Classes can be held in your workplace, school, or organization, or you can join an open session at our location.
