This non certification course is designed to help families, caregivers, and community members learn simple, effective CPR and choking relief skills they can use while waiting for help to arrive. You learn through demonstrations and hands on using child and infant manikins practice, so you leave feeling more confident and prepared

This course teaches essential CPR and choking response skills for adults, children, and infants. You will learn:
• How to recognize an emergency
• How to perform hands only CPR
• How to provide CPR for infants and children
• How to respond to choking for all age groups
• How to use an AED with basic instruction
• How to stay calm and activate emergency response quickly
• These skills are taught in a relaxed setting with plenty of practice time and
support from your instructor
